Finding & Order that the application be approved subject to the conditions set forth herein, and that a certificate be issued authorizing NET-tel to provide such services in Clark, Clermont, Cuyahoga, Franklin, Geauga, Greene, Hamil- ton, Lorain, Lucas, Mahoning, Medina, Montgomery, Portage, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Wayne, and Wood counties within 24 months after the issuance of this order; that NET-tel's tariff No. 90-9058-TP-TRF, as amended on December 15, 1998, December 21, 1998, and December 22, 1998, hereby is approved and that the effective date of the approved tariff shall be the date applicant has an effective and operational inter- connection agreement in the specific service area; that NET-tel notify the Commission of the roll-out of service in its authorized service territory; that this case be closed of record.
