Entry ordering applicant to submit additional information on or before January 16, 1987. Applicant shall cause pub- lication on or before January 16 with proof by February 2, 1987. Unless the Commission receives written objections to the granting of the application before February 2, 1987, this matter will be decided on present information and affidavits.
