Entry ordering that all carriers desiring to continue their status as an ETC must comply with the requirements of this entry and refile their applications by November 1, 2001; that effective January 1, 2002, all local exchange carriers deemed to be ETCs must update their eligibility every five years, with the next phase for renewing ETC status beginning the fall of 2006. |
