Finding & order approving the stipulation submitted by the parties; that I&O submit, within 90 days of the date of this entry, project site plans and costs estimates for Commission approval; that the Fulton County Board of Commis- sioners and Pike Township Trustees and any other governmental entities having jurisdiction of the roadway at the project crossing be hereby advised of the Commission funding available for supplemental improvements at such crossing.
