Supplemental Finding and Order ordering that the applications for suspension of intertidal LNP obligations are denied in accordance with the provisions of this Finding and Order; that the applicable ILECs as addressed in findings (13) and (14) file with the FCC for a determination of the pertinent LNP surcharge,that the applicable ILECs supplement their respective applications consistent with Finding(12),that the other ILECs identified in Finding(13) file with the FCC for a determination of the pertinent LNP surcharge at te designated time. |
