Entry ordering that Phonetel's applications to expand its authority to provide interexchange message toll services in Case No. 90-940-TP-AAC and to expand its authority to provide interim alternative operator services in Case No. 88-943-TP-ACE are consolidated for purposes of this entry and all future filings should be made in each docket; Phonetel cause publication of legal notice in accordance with Finding 4 by 7/16/90 and present proof of publication to the Commission by 7/30/90; unless the Commission receives a written statement objecting to the granting of these applications for good cause shown and an accompanying request for oral hearing by 7/30/90, this matter shall be decided on the basis of the information contained in the applications.
