Entry ordering that all interested persons or entities are invited to file comments which address the issue of whether the interconnection agreement submitted in this case fulfills the criteria of sections 271(c)(1)(a) and/or 271(c) (2)(B) of the Act. Such comments must be filed in this docket, and served upon Ameritech Ohio and MFS and their counsel on or before July 18, 1996, and that Ameritech Ohio and MFS shall file reply comments, if any and serve such upon all persons or entities who will have timely filed initial comments on this separate issue, by no later than July 29. 1996.
