Entry ordering that each affected ILEC and CLEC should file an application to amend its tariff in accordance with Finding (5); the tariff amendment applications shall be effective in accordance with Finding (5); in accordance with Finding (5), those ILECs and CLECs that fail to file the requisite application to amend their intercarrier compensation rates will be
