Finding & Order authorizing GDSI to transfer to CGC all pipeline and utility facilities and to transfer all customers formerly served by GDSI to CGC in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in appendix A to the application; that CGC notify the former GDSI customers of the approval of the transaction within 30 days of the issuance of this order, explaining the transaction and the terms under which service will be provided; that CGC is to send a "Final Notice" letter, ten days prior to the end of the transition period, notifying each customer that has not elected to become a member of CGC that their gas service will be disconnected if no other actions are taken. |
