Revisied Tariff sheets filed on behalf of the General Telephone Company of Ohio by S. Black. Finding & Order that the Attorney General's office is directed to execute the agreement of understanding attached to this finding and order; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board, pursuant to Finding 14, 61 days from this date of this finding and order, shall transfer the monies currently held in the Reserve Fund to the Ohio Department of Education according to the provisions of the agreement between the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio and the Ohio Department of Education; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board shall calculate and accrue additional inter- est on the Reserve Fund for the period between March 31, 1995 and the date of the transfer of revenues held in the fund; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board shall refund, including accrued interest, GTE North's overpayment to the Reserve Fund; that the Ohio Telecommunications Ad- visory Board is authorized to make the necessary payment for its errors and omissions insurance policy per the time period July 1, 1997.
