Finding and order that the Columbiana County 9-1-1 final plan and accompanying cost documentation, be adopted for use in the operation and maintenance of Columbiana County 9-1-1 service effective September 10, 2008. It is further ordered that AT&T Ohio, Verizon, and Embarq be granted authority to provide Columbiana County 9-1-1 emergency service at the respective monthly subscriber charges of $.12, $.24 and $.20, in accordance with the Columbiana County 9-1-1 final plan. It is further ordered that AT&T Ohio, Verizon, and Embarq notify their Columbiana County Subscribers of the availability and use of 9-1-1 service in accordance with Finding (5). |
