(PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE EXISTING ROUTES ON CERTIFICATE NO. 1079-R, (if granted will read as follows): (1) In the third granting paragraph, Page 1, of certificate, on the route described as "S.R. 125 between Cincinnati and U.S. 52", delete the words in brackets: "(No pickup or delivery except at Cincinnati)", and insert the following new under- scored language in lieu of the deleted wording: "S.R. 125 between Cincinnati and U.S. 52 (Points inter- mediate to Cincinnati and the intersection of S.R. 125 and U.S. 52 shall be restricted as follows: RESTRICTED AGAINST: 1-Commodities requiring the use of low heavy duty trailers. 2-Dry bulk commodities.)" (2) On page 2 of certificate, delete the words in Sub-paragraph (5) (c) which now read: "Those on S.R. 32 intermediate to Cincinnati Commercial Zone and the intersection of S.R. 32 with S.R. 73; and the point of intersection.", and insert in lieu thereof: "(5) (c) Service on S.R. 32 at points intermediate to the Cincinnati Commercial Zone and the intersection of S.R. 32 and S.R. 73 are restricted against the transportation of: (1) Dry bulk commodities (2) Commodities requiring the use of low heavy duty trailers." |
