Tariff sheets, FCC No, 35, filed by R. E. Sigmon on behalf of Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company. Finding & Order that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory board is required 61 days from the date of this Order to transfer to the Ohio Small Local Exchange Company Assn. the monied held in the Hardship Fund; that the Ohio Telecommuni- cations Advisory Board shall calculate and accrue additional interest on the Hardship Fund for the period between March 31, 1995, and the date of final transfer of the monies held in the fund; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board is required to submit to the Commission's staff, 14 days prior to distribution, a Hardship Fund transfer amount and supporting documentation which shall identify (at a minimum) the additional interest that has accumulated on the Hardship Fund for the time period between the submission of the March 31, 1995 audit report and the date of the transfer to the Ohio Small Local Exchange Carrier Assn.; that the Ohio Tele- communications Advisory Board be dissolved on the same day subsequent to the transfer to the Ohio Small Local Exchange Carrier Assn. the monies held in the Hardship Fund; that Subfile A in Case No. 83-464-TP-COI be closed as a matter of record after the docket reflects that the transfer has occurred.
