Its Opinion and ordered, that the respondent should not be assessed the civil forfeiture of $50.00 for the alleged violation of 49 C.F.R. 393.43(d), which should be removed from the respondent's Safety-Net record and history of violations. It is, further, ordered, that the respondent pay the $100.00 assessed civil forfeiture for the violation of 49 C.F.R. 390.21(a) within 30 days of the date of this opinion and order to the State of Ohio, as set forth above. It is, further, ordered, that the Attorney General of Ohio take all legal steps necessary to enforce the terms of this opinion and order. |
