Opinion, Order and Certificate Ordered, that the Commission's docketing division maintain, under seal, ATSI's diagrams, which were filed under seal on September 26, 2012, for a period of 18 months, ending on June17, 2014. It is, further, ordered, that the Stipulation filed by the parties is approved and adopted. It is, further, ordered, That a certificate be issued to ATSI for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the project as proposed at the preferred substation site, subject to the conditions set forth in the Stipulation and this order. |
