Entry ordering that all incumbent local exchange carriers in the state of Ohio are required to provide to the Com- mission under this docket by June 12, 1997, detailed infor- mation which demonstrates how they have reclassified or intend to reclassify payphone investment from regulated to nonregulated status; that all incumbent local exchange carriers in the state of Ohio are required to file by June 12, 1997, information detailing 1996 payphone revenues and expenses, payphone plant, reserve, and other payphone re- lated items of rate base as of December 31, 1996; that all incumbent local exchange carriers in the state of Ohio are required to file by June 22, 1997, confirmations that car- rier common line charge reductions have occurred on an intrastate basis equal to those required by the Federal Communications Commission for interstate services; that all incumbent local exchange carriers in the state of Ohio are required to file by June 22, 1997, revised tariffs as described in Finding 12 rel=flecting that all end user coin-sent paid charges and directory assistance charges assessed to end users at pay telephones will be deregulated after October 7, 1997; that all incumbent local exchange carriers in the state of Ohio are required to file by June 22, 1997, revised tariffs reflecting that semi-public and public telephone service will no longer be provided after October 7, 1997; that all incumbent local exchange carriers in the state of Ohio are required by June 22, 1997, to review their respective pay telephone access line tariffs to ensure that these services are being provided on a non- discriminatory basis to all payphone serivce providers.
