Entry ordering that the settlement agreement entered into between staff and respondent is approved and adopted by the Commission and that this case is closed of record; that respondent pay one-half the agreed amount witin 15 days of the date of this entry, with the balance of the agreed amount due within 60 days after the first payment is due; that, if payment is not received within the time limits set forth in the settlement agreement and this entry, the Attorney General of Ohio shall take appropriate actions allowed by law to recover the assessed forfeiture.
