Finding & Order that the Carroll County 9-1-1 final plan, filed February 14, 2002, and modified on November 4, 2003, and accompanying cost documentation, be adopted for use in the operation and maintenance of Carroll County 9-1-1 service effective December 15, 2003; that Verizon, Pattersonville and SBC be granted authority to provide Vinton County 0-1-1 emergency service at the respective monthly subscriber charges of $.24, $.24 and $.12, in accordance with the Carroll County 9-1-1 final plan; that Verizon, Pattersonville and SBC notify their Carroll County subscribers of the availability and use of 9-1-1 service in accordance with Finding 5; that this case be closed of record. |
