Entry ordering that Ameritech must file in this docket, no later than February 16, 1999, a pleading pertaining to its interim relief which sets forth all such facts and arguments as Ameritech wishes to have the Commission to formally re- examine the existing toll blocking policy, the further dec- ision must also be made to either terminate or extend the interim relief now granted to Ameritech; that any person or entity who wishes to respond to Ameritech's February 16, 1999 pleading shall do so in comments which must be filed by March 2, 1999; that when Ameritech responds to the items set forth in Appendices A and B to the Commission's February 4, 1999 entry, Ameritech should do wo within a document filed by February 16, 1999; that anyperson or entity who wishes to respond to Ameritech's February 16, 1999 informational response shall do so in comments which must be filed by March 2, 1999; that when the joint applicants respond to the items set forth in Appendix A to the Commission's February 4, 1999 entry they must do so within a document filed by February 16, 1999; that any person or entity who wishes to respond to the joint applicants' February 16, 1999 infor- mational responses shall do so in comments which must be filed by March 2, 1999.
