RESTRICTED: 1. AGAINST service from and to points in the Coshocton, Ohio Commercial Zone existing June 1, 1987. 2. AGAINST the transportation of property requiring low, heavy-duty trailers. 3. AGAINST the transportation of petroleum, petroleum products and liquified fertilizer solutions. 4. AGAINST the trans- portation of dry bulk commodities, except coal, in tank and hopper vehicles. 5. AGAINST the transportation of commodities in dump trucks. |
