Opinion & Order granting the application of The Dayton Power and Light Company for authority to increase its rates and charges for electric service; that applicant be authorized to cancel and withdraw its present tariffs and to file new tariffs consistent with the discussion and findings set forth above; that the applicant immediately commence notification of its customers of the increase in rates authorized herein by insert or attachment to its billings, by special mailing, or by a combination of these methods; that the reporting requirements relating to applicant's line clearance program as established in Case No, 80-687-EL-AIR be continued, and that the monthly reports henceforth be filed in the docket of Case No, 82-517-EL-.A.IR; that all objections and motions not specifically discussed within this Opinion and Order or rendered moot thereby be overruled and denied. |
