Entry ordering that the spokesperson's May 9, 1997 motion to bifurcate the public hearing in this case is granted in accordance with these findings; accordingly, the scheduled hearing in Salem, Ohio on May 23, 1997, will be addressed to community of interest issues; a separate hearing on cost and revenue impact issues will be held later, at the Commis- sion offices in Columbus; the date and time of the latter cost hearing will be discussed and scheduled as a matter of record during the course of the May 23, 1997 community of interest hearing; that in accordance with Finding 7, the respondents shall serve copies of all pleadings and papers in this case on both the spokesperson for the complainants, Ms. Vuletich, and upon counsel for the complainants, Mr. Lavelle.
