(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Bennington, Hartford, Liberty and Monroe Town- ships, Licking County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Trans- portation of mobile homes and modular units. (2) Trans- portation of petroleum, petroleum products, LPG, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. (3) Transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles. (4) Transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures, farm supplies and farm machinery, scrap metals, except in closed van equipment, and property in armored vehicles. (5) Transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, blacktop and brick, in dump trucks only. (6) Transporttion of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. (7) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media and banking records. |
