RESTRICTED to the transportation of Packages, parcels or articles not exceeding 100 pounds in weight, with no limit on aggregation. RESTRICTED AGAINST the use of armored vehicles. RESTRICTED AGAINST the trans- portation of commodities in bulk and household goods as defined by the Commission in Rule 4901:2-19-01(A)(1), Ohio Administrative Code. |
