Supplemental Finding and Order ordering that the Commission Order dated February 23, 2005, in this case is hereby amended and modified to authorize: (a) Ohio Edison to incur the Repayment Obligations and (b) Cleveland Electric and Toledo Edison to incur Demand Loans and execute and deliver the Reimbursement Agreements, as set forth in the supplemental application and exhibits; that the execution of the Reimbursement by applicant, CEI and Toledo Edison shall be in compliance with the FE companies' electric transition plan as approved by this Commission in Case No. 99-1212-EL-ETP; that in all other respects the Commission Order dated February 23, 2005, shall remain in full force and effect. |
