(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Granville, Harrison, McKean and St. Albans Townships, Licking County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Service from and to points in the Newark Commercia Zone as existed October 14, 1988, except where otherwise authorized herein. (2) Transportation of mobile homes and modular unites. (3) Transportation ofpetroleum petroleum products, LPG, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tank vehicles. (4) Transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles. (5) Transportation of househodl goods, office furniture and fixtures, farm supplies and farm machinery, scrap metals, except in closed van equipment, and property in armored vehicles. (6) Transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, black- top and brick, in dump trucks only. (7) Transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. (8) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media and banking records. (9) Transportation of packages, parcels or articles seventy (70) pounds, or less, in weight. (10) Oil field and gas field equipment and supplies. (11) Service from and to points and places located on or bordering immediately upon State Routes 16, 161, 37, and County Road 539. |
