(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to Blanchard, Dudley, Hale, Marion and Washington Town- ships, Hardin County. RESTRICTED; (1) AGAINSt the trans- portation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures, bulk commodities and property requiring transportation in low, heavy-duty trailers. (2) AGAINST service from or to points (in Hardin County) on U.S. Route 68 and State Route 81 in Blanchard in Washington Townships, and State Routes 31 and 291 in Hale Toenship, Routes 95, 235 and 309 in Marion Township, (except where otherwise authorized). (3) AGAINST service from or to Forest, Ohio and any point within five (5) miles from the city limits as established October 31, 1987 (except where otherwise authorized). |
