Entry ordering that Cellnet's motion for leave to file an amended complaint is granted in accordance with finding (7), it is further ordered that Youngstown Cellular Telephone Company is dismissed from this matter in accordance with finding (7) it is further ordered that within 20 days of this entry each respondent must file its respective answer to those counts of amended complaint as specified by finding (8), it is further ordered that Cellnet's motion for emergency relief is denied in accordance with finding (10) and that in regards to Cellnet's motion to compel discovery and to establish a procedural schedule, the parties should proceed in accordance with finding (12) and that Cellnet's motion for sanctions is denied in accordance with finding (12).
