Revisions to Ohio PUCO Tariff No. 4, to increase the Local Line Service monthly rates as follows: Loop Start and Ground Start Lines in Area C from $19.65 to $28.65, Loop Start and Ground Start Lines in Area D from $20.45 to $28.65, Message Rate from $6.15 to $8.60 and the CO Termination with Touch Tone will increase from $5.70 to $8.40, to be effective March 1, 2007, filed on behalf of Qwest Communications Corporation by T.
