Revised tariff pages of the Ameritech Operating Companies Access Service Tariff, F.C.C. No. 2; revision defers the effective date from 12/1/86 to 12/13/86 of material originally filed under Transmittal No. 39 on 11/14/86, filed by D. Zuro on behalf of Ohio Bell Telephone Company. Finding & Order that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board is required 61 days from the date of this Order to transfer to the Ohio Small Local Exchange Company Associ- ation the monies held in the Hardship Fund; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board shall calculate and accrue additional interest on the Hardship Fund for the period be- tween March 31, 1995, and the date of final transfer of the monies held in the fund; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board is required to submit to the Commission's staff, 14 days prior to distribution, a Hardship Fund trans- fer amount and supporting documentation which shall identify (at a minimum) the additional interest that has accumulated on the Hardship Fund for the time period between the sub- mission of the March 31, 1995 audit report and the date of the transfer to the Ohio Small Local Exchange Carrier Assn.; that the Ohio Telecommunications Advisory Board be dissolved on the same day subsequent to the transfer to the Ohio Small Local Exchange Carrier Assn. the monies held in the Hardship Fund; that this case be closed of record after the docket reflects that the transfer has occurred.
