(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of disabled or wrecked motor vehicles, motor vehicles to be repaired or refurbished motor vehicles to beuse in replacement service for the aforementioned motor vehicled, repossessed motor vehicles, between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED: (1) To the use of wheel- lift and slide-back tow trucks, hydraulic car carriers, and hydralic drop-deck trailers; (2) To the use of equipment allowing the transportation of no more than two motor vehicles at one time; (3) AGAINST the transportation of manufactured housing units, trailers, house trailers, mobile homes, modulars, utility trailers, buildings K.D. or in sections, non-self propelled recreational units and motor homes; and (4) AGAINST providing drive-away service. |
