(AUTHORIYT) Transportation of property, between points in Ohio. RESTRICTED: (1) To an expedited service of not more than eight hours from time of pick-up at point of origin to time of delivery at point of destination, provided that when delivery cannot beeffected because the facility of consignee is closed, delivery shall be accomplished no later than 10:00 a.m. on the next business day. Shipping documents covering each shipment shall accompany carrier's vehicle and reflect the date and time of pick-up, the date and time of delivery, and the origin and destination point. (2) To the use of two-axle vehicles. (3) AGAINST the trans- portation of more than one shipment on one vehicle at one time. (4) AGAINST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures and commodities in bulk. (5) AGAINST the transportation of shipments weighing more than 5,000 pounds. CONDITIONED: For purposes of the above grant of authority, 'shipment' is defined as one lot of freight tendered by one consignor at one origin at one time for delivery to one consignee at one destination on one bill of lading. |
