(FOURTH AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Bennington, Hartford, Liberty and Monroe Townships, Licking County, Ohio. RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of: (1) Manufactured housing units; (2) Liquid fertilizer solutions, petroleum and petroleum products including propane and anhydrous ammonia, in tank vehicles; (3) Dry bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles; (4) Household goods, office furniture and fixtures (5) Gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, Blacktop, coal, raw limestone, and brick in dump trucks only; (6) Fertilizer and fertilizer materials in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less coal; (7) Oil field and gas field equipment and supplies; and (8) Packages, parcels and articles not exceeding seventy (70) pounds in weight w without regard to aggregation: (9) property in armored vehicles; and (10) Property to and from points and places located on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 62, State Route 37, and County Highway 3 except where otherwise authorized herein. |
