(SECOND AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Pickaway County, Ohio, except points in Circleville, Harrison, Madison, Pickaway, Salt Creek, and Washington Townships. RESTRICTED AGAINST (1) Transportation of shipments from and to Circleville, Ohio, as its boundaries existed June 14, 1991, except as otherwise authorized, (2) AGAINST the transportation of cash leters, audit and accounting media, commercial papers and banking documents; and manufactured housing units. (3) AGAINST the transportation of household goods as defined by the Commission. |
