Opinion & Order that the FirstEnergy operating companies are authorized to file CES tariffs consistent with this order; such tariffs should be filed in this docket no later than 12:00 noon on December 1, 1998; the FirstEnergy operating companies shall also serve a copy of its CES tariffs upon counsel for Staff and upon each of the other parties of record; if the filed proposed tariffs conform to this order, then the Commission will approve the tariffs by a subse- quent entry; the FirstEnergy operating companies shall meet with the Staff to work out a mutually agreeable effective date for their respective CES tariffs as discussed in this order.
