Finding and Order; ordered that end-use customers be charged no more that $5.50 for a manual intraLATA PIC change and $1.25 for an electron intraLATA PIC change, that LEC's waive one-half of the intraLATA PIC change charge when the intraLATA PIC is changed simultaneously with the interLATA PIC, that unless objections are filed in this case within 20 days following this Finding and Order, all LECs who assess PIC change charges to end use customers amend their tariffs currently on file with the Commission to reflect the Commissions' new intraLATA PIC change charge safe harbor rates through the filing of a ZTA case within 30 days following the date of this Finding and Order; that in accordance with Finding (10) all LEC's who assess PIC change charges to end use customers file an amended Service Requirement Form reflecting the new intraLATA PIC change charge safe harbor rates in either the same ZTA case filed by the LEC to amend its PIC change charge or, within 30 days following this Finding and Order, file an amended Service Requirements Form in a separate, stand-alone ZTA case dedicated soleley to the submission of a new Service Requirement Form. |
