(AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Amanda, Clear Creek, Madison, Hocking and Berne Townships, Fairfield County, Ohio (except points in the the Lancaster, Ohio Commercial Zone, existing February 1, 1989). RESTRICTED: (1) AGANST the transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures; dump truck commodities in dump trucks; house trailers and mobile homes and furnishings; cash letters, audit and accounting media, banking documents and commercial papers; oil and gas field equipment; petroleum, petroleum products and liquid fertilizer solutions, in bulk, in tank vehicles; and the transportation of shipments in armored vehicles.
