Opinion & Order denying the request for two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the Elryia Exchange and the Bradford, Berea, Brecksville, Chagrin Falls, Gates Mills, Hillcrest, Independence, Montrose, North Royalton, Olmsted Falls, Strongsville, Terrace, Trinity, and Victory Exchanges. Also deny two-way, nonoptional, flat-rate EAS between the North Eaton Exchange and the exchanges listed above. The Commission will make no determination at this time regarding EAS between Elyria and Cleveland exchanges and between the North Eaton and Cleveland exchanges pending the receipt of additional cost information. |
