(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of property from and to points in Bennington, Hartford, Liberty and Monroe Townships, Licking County. RESTRICTED AGAINST: (1) Trans- portation of mobile homes and modular units. (2) Trans- portation of petroleum, petroleum products, LPG, anhydrous ammonia and liquid fertilizer solutions, in tak vehicles. (3) Transportation of dry bulk commodities, in tank and hopper vehicles. (4) Transportation of household goods, office furniture and fixtures, farm supplies and farm machinery, scrap metals, except in closed van equipment, and property in armored vehicles. (5) Transportation of gravel, cement, cement blocks, sand, dirt, asphalt, black- top and brick, in dump trucks only. (6) Transportation of fertilizer and fertilizer material in loads of fourteen (14) tons or less; coal and raw limestone, in dump trucks. (7) Transportation of cash letters, audit and accounting media and banking records. (8) Transportation of packages, parcels or articles seventy (70) pounds or less, in weight. (9)Service from and to points and places located on or bordering immediately upon U.S. Route 62, State Route 37, and County Highway 3. |
