Entry ordering that Sprint's motion for a reduction in the amount of the performance bond required by the Ohio TRS contract for 2004 is granted; that, in accordance with these findings, the amount of the performance bond required by the Ohio TRS contract for 2004 is $7 million; that, Sprint, as the Ohio TRS contract vendor, shall submit annually by October 31 of each year of the contract, updated calling information which the Commission may consider in determining whether it would be appropriate to adjust the amount of the performance bond for the coming year of the contract. |
