Entry ordering that AT&T Ohio's request to overturn the PA's decision to withhold the requested number in resources is granted in accordance with Finding (4). It is further ordered that should the forecasted demand for thousands-blocks not occur in the manner represented, any unused thousands-blocks will be returned to the applicable number pool consistent with this Entry. It is further ordered that any currently utilized telephone numbers returned to AT&T Ohio by PHP/GSH should be donated to the (937) number pool, where appropriate, consistent with this Entry. (JSA) |
