Entry ordering that the application requesting Commission approval of its selection of KeySpan as the alternative natural gas supplier for the PIPP customer class be granted; that the request of Columbia Gas to waive those provisions of Chapter 4901:1-14, O.A.C., which do not recognize gas purchases specifically allotted for use by specific customer classes, be granted; that Columbia Gas cease in its applicaiton of the refund adjustment, actual adjustment, and balance adjustment to the PIPP customers supplied by KeySpan under this application. |
