RESTRICTED against: (1) Movements from and to Sugar Creek and the territory within an eight mile radius therefrom, except when the origin or destination is otherwise herein authorized and (2) the transportation of coal from and to Knox and Licking Counties, except when the origin or destsination is otherwise herein provided. |
