Supplemental Finding & Order that the conditions attached to MCI Metro's certificate of public convenience and necessity be removed and that the company be authorized to commence operations contingent upon continued compliance with the standards set forth in this order; that the interim inter- connection and the ancillary agreements filed by MCI Metro are approved; that the proposed tariffs filed on July 5, 1996, as subsequently amended, are approved; that the com- petitive telecommunications operating authority previously held by MCI Metro be merged with the authority vested through this proceeding as certificate of public convenience and necessity number 90-9006 and, thereafter, that certifi- cate number 90-5178 be cancelled.
