Entry ordering that this docket be opened to provide a vehicle for the Commission to investigate the matters discussed in Finding 4; that this case be consolidated with the company's rate case at least for purposes of hearing; that all entities which have previously been granted intervention in CEI's or TED's rate case are hereby granted intervention in the same company's COI case to the extent that their objections to the staff report address those parts of the staff report relevant to these issues or to the Hagler Bailly report; that any other entity wishing to intervene shall file a motion to intervene by 1/3/96; that the secretary of the Commission cause legal notice to be published in accordance with Find- 7.
