Entry ordering that all LECs and IXCs whose existing tariffs do not presently comport with the new foll blocking policy and/or the adopted rule amendments must file, by October 23, 2000, applications to amend their tariffs, for the purpose of bringing them into compliance; that, unless the Commis- sion specifically orders otherwise, the new toll blocking policy and corresponding rule amendments, which were adopted by the Commission of April 6, 2000 and became effective on September 18, 2000, shall remain in effect and shall super- sede any conflicting or inconsistent provisions in any com- pany's tariffs.
