(THIRD AMENDED AUTHORITY) Transportation of recycled or recyclable, combustible, and hazardous waste products and by-products, and products used in the recycling process, between points in Ohio. (1) RESTRICTED AGAINST the trans- portation of dry bulk commodities in tank and hopper vehicles. (2) RESTRICTED AGAINST the use if closed and open top vab trailers. (3) RESTRICTED AGAINST the transportation of gasoline, kerosene, fuel oil and fuel grade alcohol, except when contaminated or used; further RESTRICTED AGAINST traffic originating at or destined to refineries; further RESTRICTED to shipments originating at or destined to recycling facilities. |
