Entry ordering that the joint applicants file with the Commission the additional information as detailed in Finding 2; that joint applicants cause publication of legal notice by April 11, 1991, and present proof of publication to the Commission by April 25, 1991; any interested person that can show good cause why the joint applicant should not be granted shall file with the Commission a written statement by April 25, 1991; unless the Commission receives such written statement, this application will be decided on the basis of the information contained in the application.
