Entry ordering that applicant provide reasons for the late filing of its proofs of publication and its failure to file proof of publications in Clark, Columbiana, and Morrow counties; if applicant has not published legal notice in Clark, Columbiana, and Morrow counties, Ohio in accordance with Attorney Examiner's 12/20/89 entry, applicant should cause publication of legal notice in accordance with Finding 5 of this entry by 5/16/90 and present proof of publications to the Commission by 5/31/90; any entities who can show good cause why this application should not be granted should file with the Commission a written statement by 5/31/90; unless Commission receives a written statement and an accompanying request for an oral hearing this case will be decided on the basis of the affidavits to be submitted by the applicant.
