Entry ordering that upon review of Ameritech's request for clarification, the Commission will postpone their consideration of such request until they have had sufficient time to review and consider the applications for rehearing which were filed on December 23, 1994; therefore, without taking a position on whether Ameritech's filing is a proper application for rehearing and without accepting Ameritech's consent argument, they deem it prudent to rule on Ameritech's December 8, 1994 pleading within the context of their entry on rehearing in these matters. |
